At our annual conference, BEcoME IT (Business Education, Marketing Education, Information Technology) we as teachers work together to better business and marketing classrooms around the state by collaborating, hearing from industry experts, and learning about new products and services in the field. Sponsorships

Sponsorship is an amazing opportunity to help us with our financial obligations of the conference. The sponsorship will also help your organization to get information and resources in front of our educators. Below are some sponsorship opportunities that can be purchased as is or discussed to fit your business’s needs. Also listed are the opportunities you will have access to through your sponsorship: 

Conference Sponsor (1 available) $2,500 

➔ Two exhibitor tables on Thursday, October 15th 

➔ Partnership recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies 

➔ Ability to address the conference attendees at the opening session 

➔ Full-page advertisement (business provided) printed on the back cover of the conference program 

➔ Sponsored by: signage on tables during lunch on Thursday 

➔ Signage (business-provided) at the registration booth 

➔ Printed materials available for conference attendees at the registration booth, promoting your business/organization 

➔ Contact information for all conference attendees (post-conference)

Wednesday Night Social Sponsor (1 available) $1,000 

➔ Exclusive opportunity to have an exhibitor table during the Wednesday night social (October 14th) 

➔ Printed promotional materials on tables during the social 

➔ Half-page advertisement (business provided) in the conference program 

➔ Ability to add promotional materials or products to conference swag bags 

Thursday Lunch Sponsor (1 available) $1,000 

➔ One exhibitor table on Thursday, October 15th 

➔ Shout out or the ability to address the conference attendees during lunch 

➔ Sponsored by: signage on tables during lunch 

➔ Half-page advertisement (business provided) in the conference program 

➔ Ability to add promotional materials or products to conference swag bags 

Thursday or Friday Snack Break Sponsor (2 available) $500 

➔ One exhibitor table on Thursday, October 15th 

➔ Shout out before snack is served on either Thursday or Friday, mid-morning 

➔ Sponsored by: signage and printed promotional materials located near the snack area 

➔ Quarter-page advertisement (business-provided) in the conference program 

➔ Ability to add promotional materials or products to conference swag bags 

Door Prize 

All sponsors and exhibitors are asked, if they would be willing, to donate a door prize. If this is all you are able to provide at this time, please email me to arrange this. 

➔ Your organization provides a door prize for attendees (value of $30 or more) 

➔ Quarter-page ad space in the conference program 

➔ Ability to add promotional materials or products to conference swag bags 

Exhibitor on Thursday, October 15th (One table $250.00, Two tables $400.00) 

Limited on funds or looking to play a smaller role in our event, check out our exhibitor opportunities.
